Welcome to Chesapeake Physical and Aquatic Therapy! CPAT is a physical therapist owned and operated company with 4 clinics serving the Baltimore-Washington area. CPAT no longer operates clinics in Laurel, Bowie, or Severna Park. Chesapeake Physcal and Aquatic Therapy, under the direction of Jared Goldstein and Doug Rosener, continues to operate clinics in 3 areas of Columbia, as well as Catonsville, Maryland. Each clinic is equipped with the latest therapy and fitness equipment for the evaluation and treatment of orthopedic and neurological injuries and disorders. In addition our sites offer aquatic therapy, all of which are in a warm water therapy pool.
CPAT Therapists are highly trained and have experience with a wide variety of treatment techniques to help get you back to your best. At CPAT, we treat everyone from professional athletes to the geriatric population, and are pleased to be the provider of choice for many local high school and college athletes and programs. Please visit our methods page for more information about treatment available at CPAT.
In addition to our strong clinical skills, CPAT strives to provide the very best customer and community service in the industry. We dedicate a lot of time and resources to ensure that our staff is well trained in not only the latest therapy techniques and methods, but also in the art of customer service. We view every patient that walks through our door as a member of the CPAT family, and if you aren’t already a part of it, we would love to welcome you as our newest member!
CPAT is also pleased to organize and participate in free educational seminars, various charity events and fundraisers, highlighted by our own annual Charity Event to benefit The United Mitochondrial Disease Foundation and Kennedy Krieger’s Bennett Blazers, held in early February. For more information, please visit our events and charity pages.
Beginning October 2009, CPAT is pleased to offer Physical Therapy Pro-Bono to qualifying individuals. Each PT in CPAT will be allocated one slot in their treatment schedule to treat someone in need of care, but with limitations that would otherwise make them unable to access it. At CPAT, we are committed to giving back to our communities, and hope this one-of-a kind program will benefit many people for years to come! If you, or someone you know is in need of PT care, and have special circumstances which currently prohibit you from accessing care, please share your story by emailing Doug @ drosener@chesapeakept.com . Each submission will be reviewed, and patients will be taken based on need, and therapist availability. You can also pick up an application for considertion at one of our offices.
