Applebee’s® Flapjack Fundraiser breakfast

CPAT is proud to support one of our patients, Perneita Farrar, as she and the NTAF have established a fundraising campaign for Perneita to help offset the extreme uninsured costs for the specialized rehabilitation therapy she will receive at Project Walk in San Diego, CA this December. Funds raised will also help with the medical equipment that will assist her to learn to walk again, improve her quality of life, and regain total independence!
Tickets are $6 each, and include all-you-can eat pancakes, sausage, juice, and coffee.
