Yoga Classes Starting in Catonsville!
CPAT is pleased to anounce the formation of both beginner and advanced yoga classes at our Catonsville location. Classes will be taught by Master Instructor, Sandra Nicht, E-RYT500. CPAT is offereing free yoga on Tuesday, June 22nd for anyone interested in trying it out. For more information, plese click here.
CPAT Takes The Plunge into the Chesapeake Bay!
Chesapeake Physical and Aquatic Therapy was on hand for the Annual Polar BEar Plunge into the Chesapeake Bay to help support The Special Olympics of Maryland! Two brave souls fom Chesapeake, Jared Goldstein and Jennifer Larkins took the bay plunge and helped raise money for a great cause! Congrats to our 2 brave souls,a nd thanks to the other CPAT employees who braved the snow and cold to cheer them on!!
CPAT and the Wii
CPAT’s Columbia office has the Wii and Wii Fit to add a little different approach to rehab! For more information, please see our methods page.
Massage Therapy
CPAT is pleased to announce the addition of massage therapy to our Columbia Supreme Sports Club location and our Catonsville location. Massage is offered by by Gabrielle Gephardt,CMT, whom some of you already know as one of our great receptionists in our Columbia office! Customers have the ability to pay for indivual treatments, or to purchase massage “packages†for increased savings and consistency of care. For more information, please contact the Columbia office.
Reiki
CPAT’s Columbia office currently offers Reiki treatments for anyone interested in receiving this alternative and holistic treatment. Reiki appointments can be booked with either Gabrielle or Renuka Jain, PT, and can be made by calling the Columbia office. Please note that this treatment is not a part of your physical therapy treatment or plan of care, and incurs a separate fee.
