Mary received her Masters in Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland, Baltimore in 2002. She has treated a variety of orthopedic and sports related injuries in all age groups. She is knowledgeable and experienced in a variety of manual skills and therapeutic exercises. Mary enjoys working with all types of orthopedic injuries, yet has a strong interest in shoulder and knee pathology. She believes in delivering exceptional care in a fun and relaxed environment. Kimberly attended Howard University where she earned a bachelor’s in pre-physical therapy and later a Master of Physical Therapy degree. She enjoys working with various diagnoses and is always up for a challenge. Her clinical interests include orthopedics and she has a special place in her heart for the geriatric population though she enjoys working with all age groups. Kimberly has a newfound interest in the benefits of aquatic therapy.

She received her doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Pittsburgh. Meghan graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a doctorate in physical therapy in 2005 and has been at CPAT ever since. Prior to that, she received her bachelor's degree in animal science and biology from Virginia Tech and will always be a Hokie at heart. She likes working with all types of diagnoses, however she specializes in orthopedics. She especially enjoys the challenge of treating spinal dysfunctions. She is trained in a variety of manual techniques which she incorporates into her holistic treatment approach.

Christi graduated magna cum laude from Anne Arundel Community College with an Associate of Arts in Science. She completed the Physical Therapy Assistant program in 1999, and also holds a BA in psychology from the University of Maryland. Christi has been practicing for over 7 years, and enjoys treating a diverse patient population. She believes in using a holistic approach to treatment, and is trained in a variety of manual techniques, including strain-counterstrain, myofascial release, and muscle energy techniques.

Kathy has taught special education classes in Michigan, Arizona, New York, Massachusetts and Maryland. She retired from teaching school in 2003 and became certified to teach Water Exercise and Yoga classes within the first year. She enjoys teaching both types of classes at Bowie Sport Fit.
Realizing the therapeutic qualities of both water and yoga, she decided that her second career could combine her teaching skills and her love for therapeutic exercise. Being familiar with Physical Therapy from a patient’s point of view helped her decide that being a Physical Therapy Assistant was her next step.
Kathy attended Anne Arundel Community College and after completing her student training at CPAT in Bowie, she graduated Summa Cum Laude in May 2007. Kathy loves working with patients and finds it very rewarding. She particularly enjoys treating patients in the pool where her love for aquatic exercise is evident.

Jared received his Kinesiology Degree from University of Maryland and his Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Practicing for more than nine years, Jared specializes in orthopedics and sports medicine. He has trained in many manual therapy techniques and has experience with patients of all ages, including many professional athletes in many different sports.

Doug received his Masters in Physical Therapy at University of the Sciences in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Practicing more than eleven years in out-patient orthopedics and sports medicine practices, Doug enjoys working with all types of orthopedic injuries and and has experience in many aspects of physical therapy, including: hands on aquatic therapy, myofasial release, strain and counterstrain, and neuromuscular techniques. Doug has worked with patients of all ages as well as professional athletes.

Renuka received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy with a specialty in orthopedics from Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, MA. She also has an advanced masters degree from Georgia State University. Practicing physical therapy for six years, Renuka specializes in various mobilization and manipulation techniques of the spine and joints of the extremities.
She enjoys working with a wide variety of patients, including orthopedics, geriatrics, and pediatrics. Her work interests include all types of orthopedic injuries and neuromuscular disorders. She also is a Reiki level 2 practitioner, which is a great addition to the holistic approach in rehabilitation.

Barbara received her Master of Physical Therapy degree from Old Dominion University (Norfolk, VA) in 1996 and has worked in a variety of physical therapy settings including acute care (hospital), inpatient rehabilitation, long term care (nursing home), and outpatient physical therapy centers. She is most proud of her time spent as lead Physical Therapist for Amputee Care at Walter Reed Army Medical Center treating soldiers returning from Afghanistan and Iraq. Currently Barbara enjoys treating all ranges of patients utilizing both land and aquatic therapy.

Krista graduated from the University of Scranton with her Masters in Physical Therapy. While there, she completed internships specializing in spine rehabilitation and treatment of complex knee and shoulder injuries, as well as general orthopedic injuries in an inpatient and outpatient setting. Since graduating she has continued to build her knowledge in these areas, treating a variety of orthopedic and sports medicine injuries in patients of all ages, including children and adolescents. She has a strong interest in exercise and sports injury prevention, which has led her to become a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, as well as a Certified Sportsmetrics Instructor. She was a Varsity volleyball player in college and continues to persue that interest in the local community.

He has worked in a variety of outpatient settings treating a broad range of orthopedic and neurological diagnoses. Tesh has a strong background in manual techniques for treating all areas of the body. Tesh connects with all patients and has a strong commitment to providing individualized care. As an avid athlete, Tesh enjoys treating sports-related injuries and developing sport specific programs.
